RETURNING YOUR ORDER
To facilitate the return of an item you have purchased, please follow the below steps:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with 'Return Request' and your name as the subject of your email. You will also need to include the name on the order, your order number, the item(s) you are returning and the reason for return.
- Upon receiving authorisation of your return, simply send your item(s) with your name and order number via a tracked method of postage, to:

- Returns must be received by us within 14 days of delivery for Australian customers and 30 days for International customers.
- Items may only be returned once authorisation has been provided.
- Items must be received in their original condition – not used, unwashed, with all packaging materials intact. State Of Shanti reserves the right to reject your return if it has an odour of perfume/deodorant, animal fur or makeup/tanning marks.
- If your return is not received in its original condition, your item will be returned to you at your expense.
- Please note, we are unable to credit original shipping costs unless an item is deemed faulty
Every endeavour is made to ensure returns are processed within 2-3 business days of receiving your return.
We recommend using a tracked method of postage to return your item(s) as State of Shanti cannot be responsible for lost or stolen parcels that do not reach us.
Your order will be thoroughly checked before being sent to you, however in the rare event of a manufacturing fault, we will happily replace the item(s) or refund you the cost of your item(s).
